How do I reach out to the IT team?
Step One
Open your favorite browser and go to https://support.htu.edu.
Step Two
Click 'Report an Issue'. This is the page where you fill out all the necessary fields so we can meet your needs within a reasonable timeframe. Be sure to give as much useful information as possible, and don't be afraid to submit attachments! All these things can help.
