PROBLEMS/SOLUTIONS:

    1)  Problem: [CX-54347] & [CX-53975]

            Students were unable to register for a course that had a
            prerequisite requirement which contained wildcards even though
            the students had met the requirements.

        Solution:

            The following files were modified to fix this issue:
            - $CARSPATH/src/Libapp/Libregap/libreg.h
            - $CARSPATH/src/Libapp/Libregap/requis.cpp


    2)  Problem: [CX-54950]

            CRM Student - students are unable to register for concurrent
            courses outside of their program.

        Solution:

            The following file was modified to fix this issue:
            - $CARSPATH/modules/student/Service/Regist.pm
